Big Brand Tire & Service

Great experience at Big Tire on E. Rain Tree. Went in because my transmission fluid had been overfilled and needed to be drained. Dennis at the counter was extremely helpful, and the technician, Evan, was clearly knowledgeable — my vehicle was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend, and I'll be back for future service."

I had such a great experience at Big Brand Tire & Service in Scottsdale! Chase and Evan went above and beyond to help me quickly and efficiently, and I was honestly surprised by how fast I was in and out. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly, helpful, and professional. On top of the great service, their pricing was absolutely unbeatable. I seriously got the best deal here; other shops i talked to came no where close. Highly recommend this shop! Thanks again Chase and Evan and everyone who helped me out today!

I had tires replaced in March at Big Brands Raintree location. Competitive pricing and prompt service. Unfortunately over the weekend I had a blowout and and needed an emergency tire- Dennis was very helpful and got me back in the road by end of day Monday. Thanks again for being a great neighborhood resource!

Been coming here for the last year and a half and they’ve earned every bit of the good reputation imo. As someone who knows basically nothing about cars and could very easily get taken advantage of, I trust these guys completely because they’ve never once tried to sell me services I didn’t need. They’re always honest about what actually matters vs what can wait. One time I was pretty sure I drove over a plastic bag on the highway at night and since I have zero ability to crawl under my RAV4 and inspect anything myself lol, I brought it in the next morning and just asked if they could check whether something was stuck underneath and remove it if needed. Not only did they take care of that for free, but they ALSO finally figured out why my tire pressure light kept coming on nonstop. I had already gone to Discount Tire twice and was told it was probably a sensor issue and that it definitely wasn’t the spare tire in the back causing it… when it literally was exactly that. Big Brand figured it out immediately. They’re also FAST. I’ve personally never had the long wait experiences some people mention, and every time I’ve been there they’ve communicated well and gotten me in and out way

I have been welcomed every time I stop in for service at the Scottsdale Big Brand store. Each time the staff creates a positive vibe and realistic evaluations of the repair required. New tires, brake flush and new battery for my classic 1966 Plymouth Fury III convertible on various occasions. I trust them and highly recommend them for all mechanical issues to keep your car safe and running well.
